Praying Mantis.
This summer I seriously saw more praying mantis' than I think I have my whole life.
Eli can spot these things a mile away.
Anyone else notice a lot of these critters this summer?

I sure have-I know they are supposedly "good" for your yard, but YUCK! Maurice saw one in the garage the other day and hoed it in half. They freak me right out!
We actually had one in our backyard one day. Ashlyn was sooo freaked out by it (and every other bug outside). Pretty cool little guys. :)

Yes we have and I love them. Nate for some reason is actually freaked out by them and I love teasing him by catching them and holding them in his face.
