Absolutely Delicious!!

I know, I know you are all shocked, that me Lessley Teeples, she who never cooks, is posting a recipe. (but it is a dessert, so that is a little more believable). I know alot of you are on diets, but I highly recommend you have a free day and make this YUMMY pie. I thought it was fabulous, and I made it, and it turned out, so you know it has got to be easy. So here goes my first posted recipe:

Banana Caramel Spice Pie
1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup caramel ice cream topping
PLACE banana slices on bottom of crust.
POUR cold milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Serve topped with caramel topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Yum!! Lessley, you ARE a good cook!! Everything I've tasted that you've made has been good....especially those chocolate cookie things. THOSE were fabulous!! Thank you for the help you gave me today.... It meant a lot to me!! Also, you'll have to help me to make one of those cute books for my kids to have at church. It was adorable. You're so talented. I'll have to make this pie on a free day. ha ha You're so funny.... Notice what time it is when I'm writing this. I am up with my little nightowl, Bo. He's dressed in the same silly outfit he had on today when you came over. Am I a bad Mom?? My kids hate to be dressed..... ha ha Goodnight!!

I love that your husband cooks most of the time. Mine just eats cereal.

This looks so yummy. Maybe I'll have to run to the store and buy bananas... And don't say you can't cook. You made the best cinnamon rolls ever!!!

Sounds like you are just being modest in your surprise that this turned out. I've heard about you and your talents. It looks really good, and I don't even like pie. But I make up for it because I like everything else that's bad for you.
