Demolition Derby

June 26th we also decided to see what it was like to be a little on the white trash side. We went to the West Jordan Demolition Derby.

The kids loved it! At first they were a little confused as to why the cars were crashing into each other. But once we explained that people do this “for fun,” the kids thought it was great.

I can’t say I agree. Not sure Derby’s are my thing.

I made sure to leave her face dirty so we would fit in.

Every time there was a break between the crashes the kids would ask for more.

We may just have to make this a new summer tradition…maybe.
